WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICES?

We can do any art commissions. These include 2D illustrations, character designs, caricatures, and graphic designs digitally. We also do traditional sketch drawings using sketch pencils, color pencils, and sketch markers. As mentioned on the previous page, we also do logos, posters, flyers, album covers, and photo op designs.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

It’s simple. Send us a request via email (pencilink70@gmail.com) or via social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook). Return via email the completed agreement and request form. This form is important and must be detailed. The more specific you are with what you want, the easier it will be to deliver. We highly recommend sending us references, photos, or images.

We will send you rough sketches to get your thoughts. If it’s all good, we will jump right into the commission. If you’re satisfied with the first draft. Upon completion, the final draft will be sent to you for approval.

DO YOU SELL ART?

We do sell art. Our main gallery can be seen on our Instagram page as well as our partner page, MAD TOWN STUDIO. All merchandise is sold on the PENCIL INK store.

CAN YOU DO REVISIONS?

Absolutely! We want to make sure you get the product you want. However, we recommend that your commission is detailed and clear with sample images. In terms of making major revisions or last-minute changes (that were not originally agreed upon), an additional charge will be assessed.

Example: If we finish designing a purple cat, but you want to add some more whiskers to it. No problem. But if you want us to change the purple cat into a blue turtle, that will be an additional charge.

WHAT’S YOUR ART STYLE?

I do 2D illustrations, character designs, and graphic design. I’m known for doing cartoony looks with an addition to my signature style. My art ranges from comic strips to Disney.

WHAT CAN’T YOU MAKE?

I don’t do hentai, loli art, porn, medical illustrations, realistic machines/vehicles, and backgrounds.

CAN YOU DO FAN ART?

I can do fanart. However, it depends on the property and what kind of artwork it is. Fan arts are private only unless your business owns that specific property.

CAN YOU SEND A PHYSICAL COPY?

Currently, we are delivering digital copies via email. Upon request, we can have it printed and delivered with an additional fee. This also includes photo ops.

WILL YOU POST MY ARTWORK ONLINE?

As the original artist, I hold the rights to the artwork and I am allowed to post it on social media. If you do not want me to post anything online or want to keep your art private, just message me. If you post your artwork on social media, please credit Pencil Ink to your post. If your art is used for commercial purposes, all rights must be authorized by Pencil Ink.

HOW MUCH LEAD TIME IS REQUIRED?

It depends on the commission. If the project is very detailed, it will take longer. If it’s a simple design, it will be shorter.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Art commissions are non-refundable.

WHAT’S THE PRICE FOR SERVICE?

The price of our service is based on time as well as the complexity of the artwork. There is also a 50% deposit fee due at the time of the agreement. We accept Paypal, Venmo, or Chase Zelle. The final payment will be due before the final artwork is released.
